How do I vote for my favourite topics?
Make sure you have bought a ticket to ApparelCamp 2025
We use a platform called Election Runner. Look for an email from Election Runner on September 1st.
Enter the provided Voter ID and Voter Key (they are the same code that is provided)
Select your top 5 topics that you’d like to hear.
Look for the schedule that will be updated the week before so you can plan your day!
Can I still attend if I don’t want to suggest a topic or speak?
Absolutely! In fact, we need you to make this a great event! As a participant, you can join 4 breakout sessions (each 45 minutes long) throughout the day, running different topics concurrently in 3 different rooms, so you are free to roam between rooms and listen to the topics that most interest you.
How do I submit to lead a session at ApparelCamp 2025?

am I guaranteed to get a spot on the schedule if i REGISTER to lead a session?
Unfortunately, there is no guarantee. Because this is an “unconference” event, the topics will be voted on to the schedule by participants about one month before the event. This means that you will also need to secure your own ticket to ApparelCamp. If your topic is selected, you will be refunded for 50% of your ticket cost.
I have been selected to speak and lead a breakout session. Do I still have to pay for a ticket?
Yes, but you get a 50% discount or a refund of 50% if you’ve already bought a ticket. We suggest buying your ticket in advance for voting privileges and to avoid missing out if the event sells out.
Do you offer corporate discounts for large groups?
If your business would like to bring a group of 10 or more, reach out to hello@bcapparelandgear.com for ticketing details.
I want to sponsor the event. Do I still have to pay for a ticket?
No, depending on your sponsorship tier, you will get 2-10 tickets to the event. To learn more about sponsor benefits, please email hello@bcapparelandgear.com.
I have registered for the PREFACE showroom. Do I still need a ticket for ApparelCamp?
Yes. PREFACE and ApparelCamp are separate events, so you’ll need a ticket to attend ApparelCamp. Your ApparelCamp ticket also gives you access to the PREFACE showroom on Saturday.
Will food be provided?
Yes, we will be serving coffee, tea and pastries in the morning, and there will be a full catered lunch. Limited gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options will be provided.
